Tray procedure: An impression is made of both your upper and lower arches. This are made in to plaster models, from which the trays are made. Once the trays are made and fitted, you wear this whitening gel for up to 2 hours daily (less time, 30minute, if using a higher concentration). Typical treatment time is 2-3 weeks, with touch ups every4-6 months for a night or two.
